A terrestrial species prized for its large, velvety, heart-shaped leaves featuring prominent silver-white venation. Leaves can reach 40-60 cm in length and have a dark green to nearly black coloration. The inflorescence is inconspicuous with a greenish spathe and spadix. New leaves emerge with a bronze or reddish tint.
