3. Account Registration
3.1 Registration Requirements

- One account per person
- Must be 13 years or older
3.2 Account Management
Users are responsible for properly managing their account information and preventing unauthorized use by third parties.
4. User Obligations
Users must not engage in the following activities when using the Service:
- Actions that violate laws
- Actions that cause trouble to other users or third parties
- Infringement of intellectual property rights such as copyrights and trademarks

- Posting plants that you are not personally growing
- Posting images not taken by you (images taken by others, images copied from the internet, etc.)
- Posting plants grown by others without permission
- Posting AI-generated plant images
- Posting false growth records or intentionally incorrect scientific names
- Commercial or business use beyond personal hobby purposes
- Inappropriate posting of personally identifiable information such as photo locations
- Posting plants used as raw materials for illegal drugs or designated invasive alien species
- Spam activities such as mass posting of identical content or promotional posts
5. Content Handling
5.1 User-Posted Content
Copyright of content posted by users (photos, text, etc.) belongs to the user. However, users grant permission for use within the scope necessary for service provision.
5.2 Content Deletion
The operator may delete content deemed to violate terms or be inappropriate without prior notice.
6. Privacy

7. Service Changes and Suspension
The operator may change or suspend all or part of the Service in the following cases:
- For system maintenance
- When failures or security issues occur
